If you are the intellectual property rights owner, you can report an alleged infringement of your rights by submitting a Notice of Claimed Infringement (NOCI) to the eBay Vero programme.

Online dispute resolution pursuant to Article 14 (1) of the ODR Regulation

Mediation pursuant to Article 13 of the EU Platform to Business Regulation 2019/1150

Business sellers may request to resolve a dispute arising with eBay through mediation. The dispute may be referred by either party to the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (CEDR), where CEDR will nominate a mediator.

The main types of complaints relate to account information, restrictions, suspension and payment related issues. The average time to handle and close the complaints was 3.71 days. All of the complaints were resolved.
